Oaks School of Leadership

Howdy Folks! Hope all is well we are just hangin a few more days at home until we head out to Louisiana Saturday and Sunday. We had a great time the other night with the students of OSL on there big debut concert at the church. It was amazing we had about 1000 people there and it was an amazing time of worship and praise! I will post a couple of vids of the students, they really did do an amazing job! Other than that we are recording a freshman EP this week of a few of the songs they have written over this year! I cant wait for people to hear what these students are writing. If you are unfamiliar with what I am talking about: Shane and I are Professors at the Oaks School of Leadership in the Worship track! We work with young worship leaders in the areas of songwriting as well as discipleship. It has been an amazing year thus far and we are really enjoying or time with these peeps! Anyway, I am gushing about this program but we really are seeing the Lord do some amazing things in all of our lives students and staff alike.

    I was at the concert Sunday night. It was totally AMAZING!!! WOW!!!! These students have really worked hard and it shows. The entire program was amazing right up to the last song and the one after that and the one after that! (It was Awesome!) Thank you so much for blessing us with the wonderful night of worship. You could feel God’s presence. I hated for it to be over. We have about wore out our copy of Awaken Me. If you have not got it yet, Don’t miss out, it is really great!! Thank you Shane and Shane and Clayton. You three guys really put your heart and love into your music and sharing it with others. Please do do it again soon! If you had one every night I would be there. What a amazing way to honor the Lord. I feel so blessed that God lead us to The Oaks!! You are in our prayers, stay safe and God Bless!!

    Hey Shanes! Sorry, I know this has nothing to do with the blog post, but I was wondering about something. A few years ago, I heard this song by you guys, titled “Amazing”? It went something like- “It’s amazing to see You, it’s more amazing to get to know You, are You for real…something something” :)

    I loved that song and can’t find it anywhere. Do you guys have it recorded somewhere available for everyone?
