Direct TV came over and installed a satellite dish and busted my sprinklers!!! These guys did not even say anything! Boo! At least tell someone you messed up. Now I have a flooded yard. Not cool, although I really like the DVR. That was a good idea.

I can sympathize…I had them out 11 times from Oct. 08 to May 09. They put holes in my roof…leaks now,, not real impressed, but do like the dvr also. I guess we could always do without…not……Glad you at least have tv, and they will fix it if you are persistant enough…Have a great week.
Maybe my hubby needs to build you a “home theater PC” like he built for us. We have DVR, all of the locals as clear as day and we have our MP3 library and Netflix on there too! Best of all, once he built it, we haven’t had to pay the cable company for channels we didn’t watch or the DVR! Hope they take responsibility for what they did. Praying for you guys!
