Ministry And Facial Hair

I think everywhere we go music ministers as well as youth pastors have some type of goatee! Has anyone ever noticed this? Maybe its because all the cool kids are doing it. I have no room to talk I love my goatee! If my wife would let me grow it out even longer I would. So keep growin em fellers we are in good company!!!

A few guys I hung out with this weekend. I thought I would show a few creative variations. Get crazy with it. You hopefully dont wear makeup so this is your chance to spice your face up. Take a chance!

    If Charlie had hair he would be closer to Dave. Dave’s look is part of his charm. Kids come to concerts trying to imitate Dave’s look! All of you rock. No matter the hair.

    For youth some youth pastors they have to have facial hair in order to instill just a little extra maturity.

    I’m Lame, I just became a Student Pastor In Iowa and I can’t grow a goatee. I can grow a chin strap. When I do that it looks like I am wearing a helmet!

    This made me laugh! It’s so true… Going up through youth group my youth minister was a former bad-boy biker dude turned man of God who had a grey goatee that hung all the way down to his chest AND a ponytail! He also wore chaps to youth services.

    my pastor, Francis Chan, does the crazy goatee… for an asian! you could always try the biblical method of not shaving the corners of your beard :P
