So who is actually doing this work out? Shane B or E. I want to get the workout, but my wife knows that i will do it for a week and then put it up on the shelf. Hang in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be patient. It takes a while for the plane to get in the air. The runway seems to take forever but the lift off is worth it!

I’m on week 7. Today is plyo day. I hate plyo day (and so does the lady in the apartment next to mine). Jumping for 50 mins can be loud.

I will say that I’ve lost about 15 lbs. I also went from about 8 pull ups to 25 so far. Believe it or not, my brother (a major league baseball player) did p90x this off season. Good times!

Hope you guys are doing well.

Good to hear from ya Jonny! Thanks for the encouragement.
I did plyo for the first time today. Wow.

I’ve been doing P90X for about 6 weeks now. I love it! But I was on the verge of throwing up for the entire first 2 weeks. Also – the huge results come from what you eat. I’m fortunate – my wife’s a Registered Dietitian. She would love to give you some free advice if you’d like it. She wrote me up a menu and everything – complete with lunch options from McDonald’s and Burger King – I love my wife :)

Keep pressing play ;) i use to do it everyday, got in super fit shape… then had a business trip to texas… and that ruined it… the coworkers there kept feeding me bbq…. then i came back to cali with the same appetite… fortuneately, i’m 24, so i can still work it off with dedication…

I like this post. I’m about to start the program on around March 16th. I’d love to hear how it progresses, and what to expect. I’ll keep you in my prayers. I’m sure I’ll need plenty of my own as well.

I lost 25lbs getting my P90 on! I almost feel like Tony is my friend… I think he’d say so, too. The restraining order is just a formality. Today is my plyo day. Keep at it and one day we’ll be calling you Mount Everett…st… Yeah, I said it.

Plyo is the devil…. need I say more.

I hate plyo! I did it last night.
Not fun. Its the X in p90X. Tony is so cheesy.
    I kinda like it.

    “Bring It!”

I hit your site after searching for a good rendition of “It Is Well With My Soul” for a friend that’s going through some really tough stuff and questioning God about some horrible things going on in his life.

Is it a coincidence that I started P90X 6 days ago? This type of program goes so much better with accountability, challenges and encouragement.

Tony Horton is a goober. The program is tough but it’s already helping with my back. Yoga-X is oddball, I feel like I’m on the verge of blasphemy – but it helped my back a TON.

    Stick with it.

You can follow my progress or non-progress, beat me up…encourage me on this blog I created to track it:

BTW – Thanks for the moving rendition of “It Is Well With My Soul”…a live performance I found on YouTube.
